- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The service has gone downhill. McDonalds promised an upmarket experience when they put in self service. But the staff don't look to see if an order is dine-in or takeaway. Take a number and sit down the screen says. Then they pack your dine in meal in a paper bag and cannot count how many serves of chips or the correct flash our of frozen drink!
