The service has gone downhill. McDonalds promised an upmarket experience when they put in self service. But the staff don't look to see if an order is dine-in or takeaway. Take a number and sit down the screen says. Then they pack your dine in meal in a paper bag and cannot count how many serves of chips or the correct flash our of frozen drink! They are almost as bad as the other local fast food restaurants.

Coffee cup looked like it had not been cleaned, food was cold and took a long time, the staff were friendly and polite though, but I won't be back
